With support from the Governors and working alongside Reducing Reoffending Managers within the service, Eureka has been delivered and continues to be run at; HMP Featherstone, HMP Oakwood, HMP Swansea, HMP Drake Hall.  With a small team of 3 and supported by our Board of Directors from public, private and the third sector, we utilise and train experts to work within the criminal system.

LIFE run programmes using experienced experts including; entrepreneurs, teachers and trainers. Eureka is an accredited programme up to Level 3 and working with Manchester College and Milton Keynes College, LIFE is currently rolling out its Trainer Training programmes to create a portfolio of trainers who wish to work in the prison service delivering this programme.

LIFE is best suited to participate in this European Project as our Trainer Training programmes include the focus on softer skills areas of: recognising the social characteristics of prisoners, talking and interacting with prisoners, maintaining professional standards whilst delivering the programme, interacting and engaging with prisoners, role plays, employment/self-employment opportunities, mental health awareness and working with external stakeholders.

LIFE can and will assist in developing the methodology of the programme by sharing good practice and underpinning the creation of the course material.  LIFE will also take responsibility for organisation the National event within the UK and aim to add value to the work of the other partners through consultation. Also will be involved in all work packages of the project.
